 Wow. This is painful. See Willie and Snoop? Together? On the surface, they seem like an unlikely pairing. When you think about it though, it makes sense... arrived at the conclusion yet?

Yes, Willie and Snoop are the great freedom fighters of the marijuana world. Stoner Heroes, was one term I read this morning on the internet. So, I guess it makes perfect sense if they hang out. Heck, they both smoke so much weed they don't even need to make sense when they hang out.

What I find weird is the musical collaboration. Rap and Country. Maybe they came up with this idea when they were getting high. What's really freaking me out is that Brad Paisley got thrown in the mix. Everlast kind of makes sense.

I'm ok with country music...for like one or two songs. I really like the idea of country music. Its patriotic, its clean, talks a bit about God, its family oriented, and its lyrics can discuss romantic love without being filthy. To my understanding, Brad Paisley is a big part of that community. So what on earth is he doing playing the guitar for Willie and Snoop's new song?

My sincere hope is that this does not become a trend. I'm all for creative musical collaborations when they're good. I love some of the stuff Santana has done, especially with Nickelback. But Willie and Snoop and Brad? Eesh.
